Not only that, one political party and another political party are taking revenge on the enemy by giving a PCR complaint. If I have done something wrong, then my son should be brought before the law and let him be punished in court. If that is the case, then it is very wrong for the police to take the law into their own hands and act as agents of political parties through such false cases.
Stringent laws should be enacted in Parliament for the benefit of the people of the country against the police and political parties who are complicit in the atrocities of political parties. These laws need to be changed with the times.
If a police officer files a false case, they should be punished according to the law. Moreover, the false case should be removed from his profession, i.e., his job. Or he should be suspended for the mistake he made.
In the same way, was there any political party at that time that political parties and any of his key functionaries attacked a lawyer in Thirumavalavan's party? If so, can you prove it?
How did the political parties function then? How do the existing political parties work? Likewise! The police officers of that time were the epitome of honesty. The present police officers are working for the ruling party and the political party.
