The Election Commission should bring in a law in the future that every candidate will have to give an affidavit in the application of every candidate.
Whether it is a corruption case, fraud or criminal case against a candidate, they should not stand for election until they are pronounced innocent in that case. Further, the integrity of the political parties and the integrity of the candidates should be ensured by the Election Commission. If they are not confirmed, the Election Commission should declare that any political party is not eligible to stand for election.
The Election Commission should come up with such strict rules. Elections should be for the people. It has to be for the country. But the Election Commission should take such drastic legal action as it is an unnecessary election for their selfish interests.

Political parties are constantly accusing each other of blaming us like a movie dialogue. People are also deceived into believing this. A political party does not need political parties to deceive the people. Political parties are for the people, not people for political parties.
But who is there? If so, now the traitors, the changers, the brass, the criminals, the fraudsters, all of them need a political party. In these political parties, their own interests are more important than the public interest.

Therefore, there should be a separate law in India for those who are involved in politics, political parties and public life. Only then will these fraudsters not be able to come to power. Corrupt people can't come to power. No one should stand for election till the court pronounces that criminals with criminal cases are acquitted.
Next, the Election Commission has to get an affidavit from them. It is an affidavit that the people have elected me to serve the people (service) after winning the election. If I use this post to buy assets, I will not take any conditional or legal fight to confiscate the corrupt assets of the Government of India.
I will disclose my income and my business to the Election Commission of India in a transparent manner. I agree that the government should take legal action and confiscate any benami properties or investments made abroad or in other states.
The Election Commission of India (ECI) has said that I will give everything given in this affidavit in my conscience. When every candidate files his nomination papers, he will have to take it in writing from them.
